The server is sponsoring a build contest for an underwater city!

It must be underwater (of course) and it should be snazzy.

Winner's will be picked on/by October 26th, and the winner's work will be featured on the forums and website for a month.

Would you consider allowing (for the duration of the contest) the use of a texture pack that removes the pumpkin blur (since we have the scuba plugin or whatever the plugin is called) So that we don't die so much during the building of this contest?
